Are your shower trays compatible with underfloor heating?
Yes, our wetroom shower trays are designed to be compatible with both electric and water-based underfloor heating systems, provided they are installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
How long does shipping take for large items?
Standard delivery for shower trays and wetroom kits usually takes 3-5 working days. Next-day delivery options are available for orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays.
Can I trim the shower tray to fit a specific size?
Most of our foam-core shower trays can be trimmed by up to 50mm on each side using a hand saw, allowing for a custom fit to your specific bathroom dimensions without compromising structural integrity.
What is your return policy for wetroom products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tanking liquids or sealants.
Do I need a professional to install these kits?
While our kits are designed for ease of installation, we highly recommend hiring a professional plumber or wetroom specialist to ensure proper gradients and a 100% watertight seal.
